Michael Rochlitz (HSE) presents his paper “Does Independent Media Matter in a Non-Democratic Election? Experimental Evidence from Russia” (co-authored by Ruben Enikolopov, Koen Schoors, and Nikita Zakharov) on Tuesday, February 14th.

The seminar takes place at HSE building on Shabolovka 26-4, room 4322.
